YOUR INFORMATION MATTERS
Privacy Policy.
Last updated: 10 October 2026
SA TechWorks is an Adelaide-based IT support business. This policy explains how we collect and handle personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or request our services.
1. Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, service requested, budget range, and any information you choose to include about your device or IT issue. We may also collect information you provide in later communications or during service delivery. Our website and hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser or security logs.
2. How we use your information
We use information to respond to enquiries, discuss services, prepare quotes, arrange and deliver IT support, communicate about work, maintain business records, and help keep our website secure. We do not ask you to submit passwords or sensitive account credentials through the enquiry form.
3. Website and enquiry service providers
Our website uses Cloudflare hosting and related website infrastructure. Our enquiry form is processed using Web3Forms, which forwards submissions to our nominated email inbox. These providers may process information on our behalf and may use infrastructure outside Australia. Their own privacy terms also apply to their processing. We do not sell personal information.
4. Disclosure
We may share information with service providers where reasonably needed to operate our website, respond to enquiries, or deliver an agreed service. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not disclose customer enquiry information to third parties for their independent marketing.
5. Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, unauthorised access, loss, and disclosure. However, no website, email, or online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid submitting passwords, financial account details, or other sensitive credentials through the website.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry and service records for as long as reasonably necessary for customer support, business administration, legal obligations, and dispute resolution, and then delete or de-identify information where appropriate.
7. Access, corrections, and privacy requests
You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information where applicable. We will consider requests in light of relevant legal and record-keeping obligations.
8. Cookies and technical data
Our website and hosting infrastructure may use essential technical data or security measures to operate and protect the site. If we introduce optional analytics, advertising trackers, or other non-essential cookies, we will review and update this policy as needed.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers, or information-handling practices change. The current version will be published on this page with its updated date.
10. Contact us
